I do take issue with the Ringer headline bit though.
According to Dictionary.com, a ringer is defined as:
Slang. A contestant entered dishonestly into a competition.
Dishonesty? It is a stain on our very character. If I was a Regency era dandy I would proffer my gauntler towards some vile cur's wantonly deformed visage.
Since I do earn some of my living from the said publication it's just plain lazy. Bone idle lazy, I tells ya.
And what's with the last sentence, lads? All your capitalisations, indefinite articles and spelling of my name (the introduction of another 'm') - it's gone absolutely haywire! Tut-tut.
