A World Cup BH76

I love World Cup preview supplements. They are full of facty goodness. Therefore all of these questions are inspired by The Guardian's exemplary World Cup guide. So lots of national anthems, German towns and cities, team nicknames and national dishes (and stuff the liberalistas from Farringdon Road probably made up to amuse everyone). We all have to learn about them some time so why not now, eh?

Enjoy ... I don't seem to do many of these anymore (and what with the close season and lack of WQC prep this may be the state of affairs for quite sometime and I sincerely apologise for it).
